CANCELLATION POLICY
💎 Should you cancel the agreement and payments within two business days of the processed date, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of any monies paid (minus the cost of any products shipped).
💎 This refund is only valid if no services have been provided, as any work done will render the refund void.
💎 If you wish to cancel, please remember that all notices must be emailed to shessaguide@gmail.com. The cancellation will be considered valid for the date the email is received.
💎No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for no-shows.

TERMS FOR CREATIVE COACHING
💎 It is crucial to understand that when you purchase Shessa Guide's Creative Guidance Course/Programs/Coaching sessions, you buy a complete package that cannot be modified or partially completed. If you decide to quit the program at any point, unused sessions may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
We recommend that you carefully consider your commitment to the program before purchasing. Our sessions are designed to provide comprehensive guidance and support over a set period, and quitting the program prematurely may impact your ability to achieve your desired outcomes.
💎 Suspending Membership is not possible after your program is in progress. If you are having financial hardships, reach out to Shessa.

COACHING CALLS
💎 Client-initiated telephone calls during membership are at the client's expense. All client-initiated calls will be charged at $20 an hour and invoiced after completion of the call. Failure to pay will result in disbarment from our services. Nonpayment will result in being disbarred from all of our services.
All Coach-initialed telephone calls during membership are included with your purchase.

MEMBERSHIP & COURSE CHANGES
💎 "Shessa Guide reserves the right to modify or change any coaching program or session to suit the client's needs better. The client will be informed beforehand and allowed to provide input if any changes are made. In rare cases where discontinuing coaching is necessary, Shessa Guide will work with the client to find an alternative solution or provide a refund for any unused sessions."

This means that any unauthorized recording, use, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the owner. Therefore, we urge you to respect the owner's intellectual property rights and use the materials solely for the intended purpose with their written permission.

REFUND POLICY
💎 PLEASE REFER TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
No refunds will be issued after 2 business days of payment processing through Shessa Guide. Once payment has been processed and my team has begun customizing and building your first session, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
